Hi! I'm Kerri Astrid and I am an experienced and dedicated yoga instructor. I earned my RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher with 200 hours of training) and RYCT (Registered Yoga Children's Teacher) certifications in 2018. I provide high-quality yoga instruction to all ages & mobilities. With over a decade of personal practice, I bring a deep understanding of yoga principles and techniques to my teaching.

In addition to my yoga certifications, I am a certified Ayurveda Instructor, My holistic approach to well-being & passion lies in seamlessly integrating Ayurvedic principles into my yoga classes, creating a unique and enriching experience for my students. Ayurveda, an ancient system of natural healing, complements the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga, offering a comprehensive approach to health and balance.

With a focus on the mind-body connection and a commitment to holistic well-being, my classes go beyond the physical postures, incorporating breathwork, mindfulness, and Ayurvedic principles. My passion for teaching yoga and Ayurveda helps me create a well-rounded and transformative yoga experience that extends beyond the mat.
